TradAYR Gloss
« on: January 08, 2019, 03:33:28 PM »

Thought I’d share the below with you, typically the carbon fibre shells have always had a matte finish to them but I thought I’d experiment with a gloss finish to see how they came out.

Personally I think they are stunning all be it very reflective or dare I say it @FattusCattus Shiney!

I’ve got just 2 of these available for sale if they do happen to appeal to and CBFer.

Does the grill design need to be altered so the mounting point 'flows' with the helmet design?

But of trial and error of my behalf trying to locate the holes in the correct position to provide the 45mm gap.

Front ones could do with coming down a bit so it matches up the the arches better 👍

If people want them in their club colours this is also a viable option inc adding a club crest 👍

These are going to look schmick once you finalise all the details.

Have you ever thought about using ear pads? I think they would add to the 'traditional' look. Some of your very early ones had them from memory.

Ear Pads in D3O would look pukka.

The very early ones used the Albion Ti220 style girls that had them. It’s something that’s on my very long to do list 🤦‍♂️
