GM Bat Repairs

Has anyone had any experience with GMs Bat Repairs? Or any others around the Nottingham area? I’ve used B3 before, just wondering if anyone has had any positive experiences, ideally looking for somewhere I can go in and speak to people face to face as I have a few different sorts of repairs im looking at
