Havent seen a topic here covering the PSL that started yesterday. Anyone following it? Great opening match yesterday between lahore qalandars and reigning champs Islamabad united.

I enjoyed Boney M being rolled out for the opening ceremony!

Poor crowds in the UAE as per usual, even on a Friday...

And on Sky 720 here in the UK for some great day time viewing  ;)

I didn’t expect big crowds in UAE but once moved to Pakistan, every match will be packed. I remember last year people stood outside of National Stadium for few days to buy tickets.

Qalandars pulled off a spectacular victory against karachi kings yesterday. This new kid Haris Rauf looks a great prospect. Hitting 145kph yorkers tailing in consistently on a dubai pitch. Will be a handful if he plays in south african or aussie conditions

Mohammad Hafeez has been ruled out for the rest of the tournament with a broken thumb. Former Pakistan captain Salman Butt has been selected as the replacement

A chance to redeem himself maybe? As a qalandars fan myself i am kind of indifferent. If he does end up redeeming himself then good for him. Amir got given another chance then by all means he has got his. If not then it will be the final nail in the coffin for his career
