Does anyone have any good recommendations for indoor training shoes with plenty of support, added sole, heel cushioning etc. Looking to get a good pair which will last.

I recommend a good pair of tennis shoes as they provide more support than running shoes. The ones I use are these - https://www.prodirecttennis.com/products/New-Balance-996-v3-Mens-Shoes-White-Black-151716.aspx

Very tempted to pick these up and get them spiked! Look pretty cool!
