Another new GM
« on: April 29, 2019, 09:53:32 PM »

Thanks to a friendly point towards an Amazon bargain, this arrived Friday at work. And for £53 I’m very impressed as always from GM. Higher middle bat to compliment my two GM Noir bats. Specs are decent without being out of this world, 34mm edge, approx 63mm spine and as always a lovely oval handle and 2.83 on my scales with what I what say is a fair amount of scalloping without being too extreme
Initial tapping up an old ball is good with that nice firm GM pressing, will net with this along with my back up Noir to aim to get match ready after 8-10 net sessions.

I’m a massive GM fan as most know but I will admit they take a little bit of prep work but once done that are superb bats at all price points.
And certainly from the off far better than a few years ago
