Anyone familiar with this brand in Australia?
« on: May 20, 2019, 12:01:46 PM »

I friend of mine is getting bats from this guy who swears they're from the same source as Kookaburra Australia as the courier company he works in supplies these bats to the Kookaburra warehouse. Anyone familiar with this brand? Where are they made? Personally from the look of those "fully knocked in" stickers, they look like pakistani made.

That 'Legend' bat is shameless, would avoid based purely on that! Look Pakistani made to me.

Never heard of that brand, but I was always under the impression SG made all of kookas bats. So even if what your friend says is true then they are just the usual stickered up indian jobs. Fully Knocked in stickers are always a bit of a red flag though.

Ask your mate for a picture of the top of the handle, that is frequently a decent give away for the source of the bat.

The names of the players on the stamps on the edge look more Pakistani than Indian or Australian too...!

Looks to be the same typeface as some of the 50+ logos that are on SM bats.
