Australia should have declared a good 20 minutes ago

I think Woakes is carrying an injury after all, impossible to explain why he has bowled so few overs. With JA  out everyone is getting tired.

Mo is a fans favourite, certainly one of mine but he is short on confidence and we cannot carry anyone in this series.

He fully admits, to his absolute credit, how short on confidence he is in a recent interview in the Guardian.at least the guy is devoid of any coached media speak.

Pitches are pretty dry, I think myself Leach will be in for the next match. Wonder whether there will be a spot for Sam Curran too.

Yep we are going to have to dig in now and hope some weather plays a part tommorow.

Lyon can land it in the danger area more often than not you would think he will be bowling a lot tommorow

Good bowlers are allowed to bowl poorly now and again.

Moeen is still England's best test spinner.

I don’t feel he’s a strike spin bowler. He was tolerated when his batting backed him up, but now that’s gone, and he’s openly admitted in the press during an Ashes series that his confidence is gone.

He’s shot and should be replaced, we have an important series to win. No time for extended patience or sentiment

Very defensive declaration.
Aussies should win this by tea time.

Doesn’t look like Mitch Marsh will be getting in over Wade at lords like some were suggesting after the first innings

You say he's not a strike bowler but he's got the same test bowling strike rate as Graeme Swann.

There's stats, and there is how a guy is performing. Right now he's a liability in the side for his batting and his bowling is way under par.

You can just about carry 1 seamer out of 4, but you can;t carry 1 spinner out of 1.

It's just my opinion, but i think deep inside he still believes he's a batting 2nd spinner, and that's not what we need right now.
