Vitality T20 Blast 2019
« on: July 17, 2019, 10:29:39 AM »

Another T20 season is upon us; after the World Cup success I hope we see some more uptake across all of the counties that don't get as many bums on seats

All I will say is that if we (Surrey) had a full squad available we'd stand a very good chance; however bringing in Imran Tahir feels like a stroke of genius. Glad that Finch is with us as always as well

I saw this morning Darren Stevens has been loaned to derby for the comp, interesting signing should boost them a little

Ab gone cheap but ton for Malan who I think has a chance of Ashes selection

Shame the selectors deceided on 8 bowlers for the test!

Also being released by Kent at end of season. But says he won't retire yet.

Wow. Nabi just destroyed Surrey with 43 off just 12 balls. He looked Afghanistan's most dangerous batsman in the World Cup and showed it again tonight.

Some seriously impressive shots from Banton, inevitable that he'll get talking about for England duty; just a shame we have a slew of keeper-batsmen who hit it a long way

How do you mess up chasing 11 from 12?

Unbelievable! As a Worcester fan I thought we were dead and buried very early on in the Notts innings. Could we be the first to defend the title? After that we could just do!

Can’t believe Joe Clarke didn’t bat considering he hit a ton the other day  :o
