Fortunately they are all 2lb 10oz.

Sadly, the one I bought from It’s Just Cricket is going back, as it’s not up to scratch from a QC perspective. On the plus side though, my latest purchase from Cricket-Hockey arrived this afternoon, and it’s an absolute belter!

Compare shoulder 1 to shoulder 2. The shoulder on the inside is approx 5mm narrower than the outside. It’s really screwed up my cunning plan to get to 10 and then stop.

The ruler is in a different place so it will always be a different measurement if the face is not flat/unangled to the handle won't it?
I guess though when you are paying that for a bat you want it perfect - even if you aren't meant to hit it from there!

I picked up an icon love the shape a bit small in specs and can’t get used to the new grip. But looking forward to the softs they look decent. Be interesting to see what they do with Ben Stokes PE, because hard to sell the same bat from last year as this year. So be interesting to see if he used the diamond or one of the new ranges

Same. Picked up Icon Signature at just over 2.8 - it’s too light for me.
I’d go heavier than normal knowing what I know now.

The siren was my fav but that was at 2.7

The ecplise was nice too but the middle is just far to high to be deemed useful on the wickets I tend to play on

I managed to get my kit supply in for this year and just wow!! This is my 2.10 eclipse with the wonderful LE softs. I did manage to find myself some of last years players pads too mind so I don’t know what I’m going to do!



I do also have a couple of other LE bats in so will shamelessly plug myself and post pictures of  them up shortly on this thread

That looks gorgeous...

To ensure I have the best of both worlds 'a new bat' and a bat that is starting to play in - ... I have decided to get my Noir which I love,  refurbed from GM :) I like the livery and love the colour purple.. so have asked if they will sticker it up with Haze stickers... (not sure if they will, but have asked anyhow).  :) :) :)

Asked my brother who lives in Notts to drop it off for me... not sure if he has yet...    :( :( :(
