I was drooling more over the 2020 LE pads and gloves to be honest. I think they’re a big improvement on the 2019 models aesthetically. For the last couple of years I think GM bats look far classier than any other major brand. Love the stickers, even if the glue they use on them isn’t quite up to the job.

GM has set the standard with their branding over the last couple of years.

The new Icon looks fantastic but the high middle, skinny toe and extreme concaving they pick up far too light for me. I had one one a decade ago which is by a long chalk the best bat I never scored any runs with

@SouthpawMark I totally agree. The softs for this year have really taken it up a knotch. I had recently been discussing this with  @19reading87 about how just removing the silver piping from around the top and bottom of the pad have elevated them to the next level in appearance. However, I recently managed to acquire these pro beauties from last year and really don’t know how I’m going to manage to use this years over last years... I prefer the all black GM logo to that of this years one imo. But it’s not stopped me from picking them up anyway!!

I would say it’s a medium/soft press, and my house has high ceilings, so unfortunately cannot comment on the ceilping.

Lolz. Used to be a forum sponsor (and did drive a good amount of content to be fair) but got the hump whenever they were questioned about all the cobblers they posted, then left in a huff.

Just don't think he likes GM bats as he is not allowed to select the ones he wants from the factory.  Every review of GM states they are very hard pressed that i have seen, and would say that the view is tainted from the off personally.  He does have some belting bats though at times, but everyone here does too.
