Keep the bats and just add more - saves the problem  ;)

Sorry not sure if this helps but may be a couple too many......

Alternatively make your own from a bigger box and use bubble wrap around the bat if just the odd one as a box on it's own hasn't stopped some getting damaged to me ?

Go to your nearest golf club/driving range and ask for some iron set boxes - will fit a cricket bat perfectly. Usually they will be more than happy to assist.

You can (or at least could) get free triangular shaped bat boxes from UPS, just open up and account and request them

Only problem with the Ups boxes is they are massive.

I use ascdirect for mine, worked out just over a pound a box

FedEx has a triangular tube that is free to pick up from their locations here in United States. You can pick as many as you want.
I usually, cross out their logo and use it if there is a different carrier taking the shipment.

https://www.ascdirect.co.uk

The box builder allows you to enter any dimensions (a bat box is generally 90cm x 12cm x 10cm)

I used these at Vitas Cricket, the boxes worked out to about 75p + vat each, minimum orders of 25 i think.
