Just been informed I've been made redundant, so not working now and to lift the gloom I self prescribed some bat making therapy today! 😁 Will be around 2lbs 10.5oz when fully sanded and dressed. Love this shape, it's huge and really pings!

As always, let me know your thoughts....positive or negative! 👍

Cheers mate, appreciate it. It was expected tbh the longer we were on furlough and all 5 others doing my role are in the sme boat. 3 month notice tho, so plenty of time to find something else.....and make more bats! 😁

That looks amazing. No one in their right mind would pass up a bat and a shape like that!

Thanks mate. It'll be available once finished, but gotta say I'm tempted to keep it! 😆

Don't mind the grade sticker, I'd just come up with your own names for them like GM with 606,808, signature,le etc

Would look better than G1+, G1, G2 imo

Bats look amazing though some great shapes and bug bats!! Keep it up!!!

You could use the worst to best Yorkshire towns as your grading system...
'I got a Scott Bradford the other day'... Check out my 'Scott York' LOL.

Love the shapes and I'm very sorry you've been made redundant! I hope you can find something good soon.

😂 Could cause some offence tho that! Plus there's no bad places in Yorkshire, everyone knows that!

Thanks mate. Great idea but I prefer to keep it simple, as think the 606, 808, Performance Grade etc can confuse a little and I like to be upfront, honest and straightforward. Appreciate the feedback though mate, means a lot

Will finish up just over 2lbs 10oz with the scuff sheet. Not the prettiest but it really pings and as you can see is a fair old lump! 😆

Couple of bats made this weekend. 2lbs 11oz and 2lbs 7.5oz.

As always let me know your thoughts on the shapes etc.

Minimal concaving on both and really good size bats.

Thanks mate, appreciate the feedback. In fairness I've never used Chase, but do like some of their profiles. Think you obviously gravitate to shapes you like, but also I'll make to customers requirements.

I'm refining things all the time and just trying to quality bats. Feedback has been great up to now, so hoping it continues! 😁

Latest bat on the bench and it's a stunner! Full profile, mid middle, big edges, decent shoulders and pings a treat. Will be around 2lbs 10oz when finished. Feedback welcome as always....

Slightly difficult to tell from the photos but have you left quite a lot of meat in the shoulders and higher up the bat?
