Another one i finished up today. Butterfly G2, 2lbs 10.5oz, nice size semi oval to oval handle and feels lovely under the mallet and in the hands. Big, springy and coming to a website near you for sale! 😆

Not really mate, just a huge spine! 😁 i don't know the exact measurement, but will check tomorrow.it will be 35mm+

I'll measure it tomorrow, but the spine height will make it appear thinner. I tend not to make the shoulders, spine etc too thin.

I thought you were talking the spine height at the splice? If not and you're talking sbout the actually splice, then it's not that small no and maybe just the angle. Most splices are different from manufacturer to manufacturer tho, which makes rehandling a pain sometimes

Phew that's a relief mate! 😆 Yeah, a picture from that angle will mate it appear smaller. As i say though, every batmakers splie will measure differently, some longer and some wider etc
