Made this stunner up yesterday. 2lbs 11oz, 535mm blade, 850mm overall. Big bat with no concaving. Stunning grains with ping to match.

Have been playing around with pressing a little and getting a different feel. So, very tempted to stick this one in the bag and do some real world testing! 😆

Just been using a few different methods of preparing the clefts, different set ups on the press etc to see how things affect the feel. Been seeing how I can get a crisp feel without it feeling harder if that makes sense.

Just saw this bat last night - and caught the culprit stealing 0.3mm of width from us. Why do you do this @jonny77 ?!

Jokes aside - absolute beaut - most of the bats in there pick up really nicely for their weights, apart from maybe the 2.15 super short blade one 😂

And of course, it would have been rude to leave without picking something up  :D

And all with proper handles as well, would happily transplant them into all the bats I currently own.

The calipers must be lying! 😆 I'll take that though. Interestingly, my match bat is now 105mm as it's had 3 refurbs over the years. More reason imo to make as close to full width as possible.

Great to see you as always mate and hope you like the new stick. Although you'll probably forget you have it once you get it home and it's in the collection.

I'm seriously tempted to keep that G1, but I really don't need a 3rd bat! 😆

Agree about Johnny handle's better than some of the so called world best !!

Prefer a ruler than calipers on face but hey that’s just me

Lovely bat

Try it on a different browser. I viewed it without a log-in, but not on Chrome.
