Just received it yesterday, from Talisman, so I haven't tried it yet.

looks like a meaty old badboy...be interested to see how you get on with it only used my C6+ twice so far and takes some getting used too IMO

yeah seems to vibrate alot more but only got one grip on it ATM so may up that to two and see if that helps.

no splice and the carbon rod attatching the handle to the blade, it should be spliceless

looks a great bat, the only thing that lets it down for me is the grip! put a nice white or yellow on there!

It was the only thing I had, but I will get at white one soon,,,

What would you guys do, keep the surface clean, put fiber tape on the edges or use a hammer edge bat sheet?

I would put a hammer edge on there, not a fan of the tape approach.

personally I would put some antiscuff on it as it will protect the blade - but a clean bat always looks better.
