Our of interest don't you then have to have some low middle bats for all the low bounce away pitches in East anglia? Or are you only on Eapl grounds for your team?

@jonny77 as a follow on to your question and this is only roughly as used a old tape measure the highest point of the spine is 249mm on the lighter bat and 247mm in the other. Not sure if the fact they are shorter blades makes a difference when compared to a standard SH bat. As a follow on to your thread about low/mid/high middles and from most people’s views these would be classed as on the higher side then and maybe higher than most.

Thanks mate, that's interesting, so pretty much half way up the blade. I wasnt thinking of looking at doing anything that high, but obviously people do like this kind of profile.

Cheers for checking it, appreciate it.

They look great. I've moved to Suffolk recently. If I ever come out of retirement I will have to take a race up and check out the workshop.

Most of the pitches are decent in our league to be honest. We play at a few Eapl grounds but I don’t play in that league any more. Also never found it makes much difference as we don’t play on any real puddings but I do have a GM siren. I don’t change bats for each game either just use the same one each season for league matches and tend to stick with it and can’t say it’s really mattered if low pr high middle just play the same way
