Hi everyone, so Talent cricket had a flat 20% off their entire stock and its valid until end of april. I was casually going through their website and came across Keeley Worx 074 G3 for 166. And when i applied the code it came down to 133 quid and my eyes started flashing and heart started pounding. It was simply too good to resist. I messaged Paul on WhatsApp and he sent me pictures of the 2 he had available in store. I chose this one as it had a convex profile, wider grains, no heartwood and a slightly chunkier toe. He also provided free knocking in and a free anti-scuff sheet (which he interestingly applied on top of 2 layers of edge tape). Couple of weeks on and this baby arrived today. Freight cost to uae was 29 quid and i paid 29 dhs or 5 quid for customs clearance. So overall cost to me was about 167 quid everything said and done.

-Its exactly 2lb10oz on the scale after 2 layers of edge tape and a face sheet
-37mm on the edges
-57mm on the spine
-dome profile mid-low sweetspot (which player profile is it?)
-15mm on the shoulders
-21mm on the edge of the toe and 27mm in the middle
-7 grains, no heartwood, tiny knot near the toe but this is the cleanest, prettiest, most ridiculous Grade 3 i have ever seen
-typical TK oval handle medium thickness
-standard SH size
-interestingly width of the bat is 107mm
-pings like a cannon all over

No there isn't. Probably just their standard procedure for knocking in bats
