So today sees the latest 'stunt' (?) in trying to make cricket 'hipper' and 'more appealing' (... as if it isn't already  )

I instantly recoil at the thought - but then given the absence of most cricket, I look forward to it in a way that makes me feel how I imagine those tragic villain traitors in movies must when they claim "I have no choice" right before committing their dastardly deed
