Proud Owner of Ayrtek ACIS Elite
« on: March 03, 2010, 09:33:49 PM »

Hello Guys,
Firstly, thank you for showing interest on my NXT Helmet and Gloves. After putting that post I realised that I can give it to my club as prizes for Colts of my club. So I decided to give it to my club last weekend.
I am also now a proud owner of my new helmet, almost.  Thanks to Tom who has done a brilliant job the helmet is in its last stages (stickers).
I designed the logo based on the Indian Flag with creative input from Tom and I also placed my Club Logo (Theale and Tilehurst, playing the Thames Valley Cricket League) and my company logo.
Initial Design:

With Base Colour:

With the Indian Flag colours:

With the stickers on:

Another view:

I am just waiting for the final sticker and minor adjustment on the T&T Logo and I will be playing with it very soon. I would hate the bowler who makes a scratch on my shiny new helmet though !!

Thanks guys....I did use a few grey cells for that design but Tom brought that to life :-)

The sledgable thought did cross my mind ;-) but maybe I can use my agression to make the guys fetch the ball from the boundary more often ;-)

To be honest I am spellbound by this man's dedication. when I placed my order with Albion, they were absolutely CRAP !!! If someone can put so much time and effort into a guy like me ( I aint no international player like Sangakkara) that tells about him.
Shame that I love my bats and bag from M&H else I would get everything from this guy !

Good point well made! Nice to see the transformation from a graphical design to the finished article though certainly one of the brightest we have done but goes to show the scope of what is viable with the lids :)

Looks really good, a lot of stuff going on on the helmet but comes together well.

Probably not but as it says on our BSI report "we have never tested something like this before" hence why were setting new standards and improving materials and the technology being used
