« on: March 04, 2010, 06:26:20 AM »

3 days ago, I sent a mail that I would like to order a pair and pads with gloves.
Yesterday they answered, that they didn't have paypal account, but I could transfer money to there bank account, but since that, I haven't heard anything.. I have asked them twice, for the information, but they don't answer..

I would simply give them a ring, it is the most common way to get hold of them when they are busy, and they often are flat out so they do not a chance to check the emails. Lovely friendly honest people who will look after you.

If they don't reply to your email within a day then just forward it to them and you normally get a reply in half an hour.

The best way to get an immediate answer is to call them. They must get loads of emails but when you make an effort to call they know you are a serious punter and they will sort you out quicker.Really friendly people as I remember.

Slogger, I live in Spain and you would be amazed as a European call is similar in price to calling a local mobile..... and then there is Skype, Voip etc.

They have just emailed me, to be sure that I wanted it, but when they said 40£ for the posted, I said no thanks..
Why is it so expensive, when it would cost you guys 15£ for the postage ?

It all depends on who they use, we have a choice but they will have selected a courier and most likely got a good rate for UK and they have bumped up the price for overseas.

Thats spot on Mike, some "big" companies will only use courier which is really expensive but I have received loads of stuff over the years here in Spain that was sent Royal Mail Signed for at half the cost and never had a problem. It should be the same for Denmark id imagine Rubin.
