DIY trainer spiking
« on: October 26, 2020, 09:00:50 AM »

I know most of the technicians on the forum will be more interested in spokeshaves and sandpaper, but does anyone know how to go about doing spike conversions at home?

I've inherited a shed full of tools since I moved back to Wales and would love to give spiking a go. What equipment would I need to buy, and where could I buy the sole plates from?
