Can’t grab all the specs at the moment but from memory:

Peak edge - 37mm
Toe max - 24mm
Toe edge - 22mm
Shoulder (edge) 18mm
Spine - 60mm + (not 100% on this but it’s over 60

Generally decently sized although definitely room in the toe and/or shoulder. But pretty happy with them in a full length blade at sub 2.7

Signature is just a great model for the price, not sure what the aim of it was, or if it just sounds psychologically better than 707 does.

That combined with the Chrona being an on trend shape it’s not a surprise many are dabbling.

These are finished by hand so you will have marginal differences, but from what I have had they all have 36/37mm edges and over 60mm spines in a full shape, weight I have received have been from 2-7 upto 2-11

Gm still do the 707 but only In the diamond range. It sits above the signature grade

Fair enough. I do wonder what the marketing reason was for adding the signature to the range though.

From a business point of view it’s probably the grade that has a mid range profit margin but can be sold in vast quantity and can use the largest proportion of the willow that GM get.

The other element I don’t like about GM is that they grade multiple times within grades.
They class the 909, original, OLE and players and Grade 1
They class the 808, 707 and signature as grade 2

And so on.

Personally with my own brand it’s just G1, G2 and G3 as that’s what I buy the willow as and I think it’s just confusing and a way to make more money from the club player.

The 606/808./909 thing is quite old now. And what does it mean anyway?  Were they trying to emulate Roland drum machines? 

I'm not suggesting everything old is bad, but I'm surprised they haven't sacked this off by now. Signature sounds much better than 707. Look how many bats it's made people buy!
