2021 spikes
« on: December 07, 2020, 09:57:37 PM »

Evening all,

Haven’t posted in a while so hello again,

Anyone got any idea about softs coming for 2021,ive seen the NB offering but wondering more if adidas are making changes and if we have any leaked pics? Or at least an idea of trim colour?

Cheers

All Rounder have last years' style listed as 2021, so would assume they're staying the same mate

Quick question on this, did anyone buy the vector in 2020 and bat in it? The one with the strap? Want to know peoples experience and if it is too chunky/ heavy to bat in

Cheers

@King pair I actually switched from Adidas to NB during 2020 (having used Adidas spikes for years) - couldn't recommend them highly enough for batting; would pick NB over Adidas again without a shadow of a doubt now

I’ve been using the NB for 2 years and have got on with them one bit

I’ve always been an ASICS guy. My brother in aus at the minute so I may just bite the bullet and get him to bring back some ASICS odis

I haven't used the 2020 model but i have used a previous version and didn't like batting in them as I didn't like the way  the bottom of the pads sat on the strap

Does anyone know if Brian and Brenda still do spiking? or if there is anyone else that does it at a competitive price?

Yes they are still working, similar prices.

As for shoes, get the asics...

Couldn't agree more with this, NB much more comfortable, didnt find Adidas comfortable at all just hard and flat. Also seemed to wear down much more quickly...dont think NB releasing their new 21 version in UK though, just Australia.
