If he is struggling with his physical and mental health now then he needs to take a break now. We're not his doctors or his psychologists, not for us to say when it's appropriate or necessary for him to take a break.
Totally. He gives everything in an England shirt and any team he represents so the timing cannot be anything other than it needs to happen now, maybe the start of something has happened and he's taken advice.
