Agree I always found GN grading confusing... like CA and their 5000, 800, 10000 etc... which they drop in grade with each new model..
Do GN have a page describing their grading system/models?
I thought it was quite simple for me, but maybe it's cause I'm a bit of a GN fan. From my knowledge, the Vapour and Alpha can come in different colours, so the 1.0 is the base colour, then 1,2,3 are all the alternatives. The grading structure I'm sure about, but I'd think it was probably going to stay with the current grading system. With the Predator and Powerbow coming out and the Classic range, they'll have catered to a lot of the folks who like the classical looking bats. For those who are more modern, offer 2 different ranges with different colours amongst them means the folks after modern bats with a modern look don't have to worry about getting a profile they like in a colour they don't like. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong
