Millichamp/remfry
« on: January 21, 2022, 12:57:59 AM »

Has anyone noticed how the millichamp&hall thigh pad is virtually identical to the remfry thigh pads, the shape/materials look to be exactly the same, is it possible that remfry guys are making for millichamp?

The m and H thigh pads are certainly expensive!

I'd be very surprised, more likely they've taken 'inspiration' from the aforementioned instead. As for the price, well it's M&H so it's not surprising :D

Good spot! They really do look similar. I wonder how they perform - anybody know?

I'm really interested in this, as I've been making my own custom thigh pads for the last few weeks (not quite finished), and have been using Remfrys and Stretton Fox as the sort of levels to aspire to. It looks like those M&H pads have the 'rough' edges that Remfrys used to have, but I think that the latest versions of Remfrys have some edging tape that tidies them up, a bit like Strettons.

The m and H are brilliant. Launched a good product and at a good price versus remfry

Can't say they are much differnt from a remfry

Can't feel them on and much much cheaper than remfry

Look quite similar to the old remfrys as previously mentioned, interested to see how the strapping work; looks as though they are adjustable both ends like the stretton foxes.

Have you got a pair? It would be good to see some more pics of them ideally please.
