New Home!
« on: January 25, 2022, 10:12:16 AM »

We've been a little quiet lately on here but with very good reason. At the beginning of the month we received the keys to our new unit - naturally it's a huge step for both myself and Neon, but with the growth of the brand not showing any signs of slowing down it became a bit of a necessity to find a bigger premises, and bigger it certainly is!

Naturally I have big plans for our new HQ, and wanted to document the changes as it evolves over the next year or two so thought where better to do this than on CBF.

I'll leave you with a few images of the current state of things (excuse the mess, it's organised chaos at the moment I promise! :D) - I've got 30 sqm of artificial grass arriving tomorrow so I've got a busy afternoon/evening ahead of myself sorting out and moving all the old stock from the front of the unit before it arrives. Should hopefully have the first update of things in a much better state later in the week!

Great to see Neon growing like this, well deserved for all the hard work you've put in.

Cheers all

@19reading87 - the new unit is on Paxcroft Farm, Trowbridge (Wiltshire!)

Once it's all sorted the plan is to have limited set opening hours each week alongside the current appointments, and once the main addition is added I'm sure a CBF day out will be on the cards...  ;)

Will you be looking to get an in-house batmaker in at some stage do you think?

I'd love to, and it's definitely something we're all keen on long term. The volume is already there for it to be feasible so it's being looked into for sure, would top everything off!

First minor update, with thanks to @velvetsky01 the front end is starting to be a little less cluttered - the fun bit starts tomorrow as I unravel the grass flooring, it's a 5m x 6.25m roll so should section off the front showroom area nicely.

Still debating whether to build wall mounted racks again or something free standing for the bats, any ideas appreciated!

Get @velvetsky01 FIL to build you a massive display rack like his 6 bat one!! But I guess you need to keep some working capital at this point.
