Your indoor nets 2022

Just had a short indoor net with Heywood CC, bowled 2 dozen deliveries, took me half a dozen to get it right, but it's very satisfying to play cricket.

Hell of a short net if you only bowled 24 balls, takes me about that many to get warmed up at our first indoor net of the year.

I was very late to join, only had 20 minutes left, got there at 18:40!

I just remembered that last year's indoor took me like 4 deliveries, to get on right spot!

Just coming back from 2 and a half hour nets, with 3 different clubs.

Yes, they're pretty good in bowling, what I've seen, for the first time and first net for them,
A couple of Batters were good, half of the players didn't turn up.
Background was blue, one 1st team bowler was quick, rest were all payable, batted for 15 minutes.

Shame the rest didnt turn up bet the super stars stayed at home lol. Never batted on a blue background. Was probably challenging with a dark cricket ball?

Actually I was surprised that blue background didn't cause any issue. Might have been if quicky was bowling at his full pace, lol.
Weather might have kept them at home 🤔
