Shrey Armor 2.0 Steel "Chingford Cricket Club" helmet
« on: October 04, 2022, 11:43:45 AM »

When I returned to play cricket a few years ago, I need to invest in a helmet, so I purchased the Shrey Armor 2.0 Steel from Morrant; recently I obtained the badge of my cricket club, Chingford and applied it to the helmet.

At the latter part of the outdoor English season that has just finished, I started wearing the helmet when I was batting (I was already wearing the helmet when I was fielding in close and when I was asked to keep).

I believe it is quite easy to buy a helmet with an embroidered badge on. I remember advising a young player against doing on account of him changing club so often.

It is quite easy to buy a helmet with an embroidered badge but I bought the helmet plain and added the badge a season later.

it was a stick on embroidered badge that was on a circular piece of material that I cut round using a stanley knife and the quality of the light when the photo was taken probably does not help.
