Does that mean only chase can launch kit and if so when does that take affect ?

Chase are the only company to have the certification to sell.

They can all launch kit, unless the trading standards have stopped them in the area they are from.

trading standards don’t they have better things to do than go find companies selling batting softs ?

Which bit? Chase have full certification to allow them to trade after originally being forced to stop from Hampshire trading standards.
If trading standards in your area have not stopped you selling pads/gloves, then there is nothing to stop you?

As im aware, Aldreds pads and gloves have passed the sidewall and front testing, but they also need toxicology testing as well which i don't think he's got yet
