Do they need to be done each season with each new range or modifications to an existing range?

It was an EU2016 directive, that a clown in hampshire trading standards decided all cricket gears were ppe, so needed testing. He Didn't worry too much about his kids using non tested kit tho
And yes, i believe once tested, if you change the colourway then they need testing again.
