The "smarties" are hard disks of plastic that are present to protect your knuckles/joints of the fingers as areas of extra protection. Colours could be interchanges but Tring to tie everything in with silver, black and green as mentioned earlier

yeah, i fugured thay were there for a reason, i meant if the colour sticker of the same-part-of-the-range bat was green, then the disks of plastic could be green? im not sure if im making any sense :S

They aren't FOC I'm afraid mate looking for £27 inc P&P...very comfortable with a pittards style palm and good protection levels whilst remaining very lightweight.

Will be giving my pair a trial tonight along with the silver pads in the T20 (if i get in)!

Tom, I think you definitely need to get some samples made left-handed just to check that your supplier of choice can replicate the quality of the right-handed versions  :P
