McGrath spot on, you need to combine the positive intent with intelligence. Let the Aussies run themselves into the ground bowling short stuff then pile into a tired attack who've lost their holding spinner.

This is absolutely dumb from England. Utterly brain dead.

Also Smith definitely grounded that ball.

There’s lots of time in the game. With Lyon off we need to grind them down, eventually they will get knackered banging it in and pitch it up.

KP went ballistic at us yesterday I’m tuning in to see what he makes of it.

We just have to stop and think about winning the game, that’s all

Once a cheat, always a cheat.  He'll probably fly his father over to watch him blub on the telly if we call him on it.

Have to say overall that's been a very good day for England, and a good recovery from Stokes and Brook after an hour of madness

I thought Smith grounded that catch myself but we have ended up ok. Agree some brainless shots.

Root is our best bat I would just like to see him at least try to pace his innings, he is probably the best tempo player I have seen in an England shirt. The new style is full on there’s no one even close on test match hundreds and they win games

Yeah I can't really argue with that. There has to be balance you'd think. It's such an obvious tactic and just feel we've been goaded into it. We've given them exactly what they wanted.
