No chance of them taking on moisture and swelling slightly due to the moist conditions?

I'd be very surprised, imagine it'd need to take on some significant moisture to physically swell enough (although in theory it's possible I guess?!)

Interesting that Jamie Smith and Ben Foakes are both batting ahead of Dan Lawrence for Surrey.  Both got 50s today.

Daniel Bell-Drummond may yet still play Test cricket for England. Rob Key loves him.

I hope not. He’s nowhere near test level.

Seems Dan Lawrence is a bowler after all.  ;)

What is wrong with the pitches this year? Every team seems to be scoring bucketful of runs. Is it bcos of the choice of ball?

Absolutely belting round of champo games this week.

Kimber's assault on the Sussex bowlers was incredible as was hain's defiant unbeaten 100 against Hampshire.

To be fair, he did also score 198.  ;)

Maybe we've got our wires crossed? I guess I was deliberately trying to cross wires. But not in that way!

Did Kimber really score all those before lunch?

A bit like Ronnie O'Sullivan's 320 second 147 that innings, not sure we'll see anything like that again for a very very long time. Just freakishly good.

People won't if they don't go and watch it. Aren't Leicestershire supposed to be (No Swearing Please)?

** Ollie Robinson scored 198 for Durham against Essex.

Some think he will keep wicket for England in the 1st Test.
