Bought a few things, Richard is really nice, and very helpful. service was good too. Avoid the Matrixx bats though - didn't rate 'em.

He does sell a right tasty BDM bat hat I fancy though - a force 20/20 thingy. Looks right up my alley!

Thanks for the help, the kit looks nice but have to agree that the website needs refurbishment. That was the only thing that put me off. I think I'll get some gloves from there.

FattusCattus - some of the bats are really nice, well worth checking the stock updates every now and again.

I realise that this is dragging up and old topic a little, but I have been in touch with Richard over the last couple of days.
FYI they are getting some more stock in at the beginning of May, have been emailing Richard about a bat on the site. He is a really nice bloke and very helpful. Regardless that the website is terrible, you do at least (like asad's site) get to see pics of the actual bat.
Richard can also orgainse a custom bat for you too - if you do want one made up, this weekend is the time to order. The custom bats vary in price from about £110-£169
Further - to give an indication of quality, this is considered a grade 2 bat, because of a tiny pin knot on the edge  (at £109 I couldn't resist...!)

It's good to see that they're being honest about the grade of the bats. Others may have been tempted to cover the "imperfection" with a sticker and insist on G1+.

Further to the above commentary, I have now unwrapped my RS Sensation, as discussed above. If you are not a fan of concaving, or a bowed blade, look away now.
I, on the other hand, have been looking for a bat in the “Sehwag” style - with a think oval handle for a while and at £109 this seemed an ideal move.

Firstly Richard Gore was kind enough to remove all the stickers for me, sand it down and send it to me pretty quickly (ordered Friday evening, received on Tuesday in a rather nice padded bag!). To cover the little pin mark I have applied an kookaburra antiscuff! I have put an old grip over the top of the new one to protect it while I knock it in. The top pic is one that Richard sent me before I bought it.

I can’t do a review yet as I haven’t used it – but I have begun to knock it in an am pretty pleased with it!
Sorry if anyone is offended by my comedy stickers!!!

I think its good when websites show pics of actual bats on their sites (Quantum, uzi) as it takes some of the gamble out of buying online.

On a side note, I notice 'Quantumcricket' is now a forum member
