Millichamp and Hall Solution, profile change
« on: March 15, 2010, 03:26:56 PM »

Have just got a solution and its very nice, although doesnt have the best pick up which im guessing is due to the middle position so its a bit heavy.

Would it be possible to make the middle slightly higher or would that just ruin the bats balance?

Should be able to, as they have quite a lot of wood the whole way up. Will have to be a bit of concaving to help move the middle up

As long as it has wood that can be removed, but will the dead weight then make it too light, just get a little shaved off if you do.

Yer thats the thing its 2.8 at the moment so im worried if i did it would make it way too light. Unless i got weight taken off and keeping the profile the same.

Just out of interest mike its the bat that outlaw bought off you, can you remember if its knocked in?

In which case sell it, you will ruin it if you take too much off it, best swapping it for a better suited shape. I'd do a swap if wanted.
