I know its a different bat maker, but one of my team mates newbery uzi broke after a season of use, we went down there and let him pick a brand spanking new one. admittedly the bat had a chunk of toe missing

Replaced my Viper 5* with the worst bat I've ever owned. A team mate broke his Nitro Carbo after 1000 runs in 30 games, GN said "it has clearly been used for more than a season" so they said he'd have to pay �140 to replace it.

jast bat i snapped was my gn millenium, and to be fair they did send me a new one jus took about a month, that was about 5 years ago. Hope they do replace it, maybe me but think a repaired bat would play on my mind lol

GM seem good, reasonable people, customer service is good so I shouldn't see why not.
GM are my favourite company so I have a loyalty to them

I have to disagree there. Rob Key gave me a fairly battered predator pro performance in 2008 when i was doing the dressing room duty. I sent it to get refurbished, and within a week they sent me a brand spanking new GN Ignite pro performance which was identical to the one i sent to get refurbished. (This was in early August 2008 and they didn't come into shops until December time)
