we had a shocking game yesterday i was so mad!!!

they abtted 1st got 164 for 8

they should of been 4 for 2 at the start ... we dropped 8 catches some very hard but still drops..

i was batting 5 i went in in the 6th over when we where 2 for 3

i got out in the 18th we where on 47 i got 30 lol

we used all overs up and dragged to 120 for 8

if we would of won that we would of gone up to second in table

think are hopes of winning leageu have now gone

Pitiful game yesterday, was in the order at number 8 which gave me vertigo as it is, then our number 6 didn't turn up on time so I was down at 7! I thought I'd get a bit of a wait, but I was in at 20-5 after 12! Only made 13, but in a total of 91 where the top score was 39 I was fairly impressed, chopped on a long-hop from a spinner that grubbed, was gutted! Bowled 6 overs, 0-18 as well, didn't have a lot of luck!

as a right handed batsman batting 2 feet out of my crease i was given out LBW to a left arm round bowler who was swinging it a mile down leg side, dissapointed is an understatement since our scorecord read 59,2(me),118*,98,17*

Played a Sunday friendly today.

Had a shocker, if I'm honest. Got a golden duck and then got 1-31 off 4 overs  .

Think I've come to the conclusion cricket isn't for me and retire gracefully!

kind of an odd game for me. We were dominating so I was handed the ball to bowl my leggies.....verry bad this season and the first ball showed it. Next ball was down leg and full toss, he hit it straight to deep square.....I couldnt believe I got a wicket out of THAT. Was finally getting it all to click and finished with 3-45......off 5.3 overs :S all 3 of them were full tosses and whats worse is thats my 2nd best bowling figures ever

we're chasing 139 to win and I go in, 3rd ball I was bowled a full toss that hit my back (as your batting) arm, very unconfortable, I was out for 2 but we won by 3 wickets, a very fun game

Finished off our Sunday league season with our 13th win of the season having sealed the title 2 weeks ago. Quick fire 24 and more shockingly a wicket!!!! 3 balls 2 runs and a bowled....think when I commented that's out when the ball was halfway down (to the umpires amusement) may have been a bit presumptuous haha but seeing as I thought my bowling career was over I was more than happy

Sunday league game today against ardleigh green. Turned up late as coming straight from football... Got there and we were fielding : So missed the first 4 overs they managed 163 all out..... I opened up and we were on 45-0 after 8 overs and cruising, I then got lbw for 39( 8x 4's) the aytek was really flying

We ended up tying the game with 2 balls to go

Brilliant day, I ended up scoring about 12 games of 5 overs per side which sucked a bit! But was a good day, over 150 people at the club and big hitting all the way through the day

Howd your boys go on against Clevedon on Saturday Ian? We had a good game with them on tour, hand still hurts from catching the overseas!
