Would be ok but as it's neoprene it's going to be pretty tight as like rich said it's what ls intended for use in rugby, will be a bit heavy too I'd think??

I wouldnt think of it being an ideal arm guard, would do a job though.  Better off flashing a £10 note on proper protection.
