On the back of colesy's world XI thread thought i'd start up a most over-rated world XI one, just interested to see what people think in this one! Can be test or odi's! Who are the real flops of world cricket, who haven't been all they are cracked up to be?!

Wait, why do people doubt him so much, I think playing your first two test matches in a place you have never played and then taking on probly the pest pace attack in the world and hitting two big tons would be alright. But no everyone doubts him!

i think duminy is decent, as is broad however many of the others are great shouts!

Don't get me wrong I thin Duminy and Broad are both good players, but they are very overrated. People talked about Broad being an allrounder capable of batting at 7 - he is not that. And Duminy was talked about as being the next great South African batsman, yet he has struggled against the short ball and against spin.

I'm sure both have big futures though.

Afridi just has a big name hype, hasn't done much lately..

Sharma, 1 good over in a test match to RP in Aus got him a $950,000 IPL contract.. Hype

On the opposite end of the stick.. Amla I feel is probably one of the if not the most under rated player..
