i'm currently using biosynergy fat burners to get down to a suitable weight then i can build muscle from that. Seem to be working very well along with healthy diet and exercise. But once lost all my fat i will get on the muscle ones, which ones do people think are the best for that?

also any know any better fat burners?

I'm quite into weight training so have used a few, Promax is decent have used before but use MET RX stuff nowadays and I use creaclean creatine which is very good and been recommended to me by a lot of people, and also use something called WTF pumped but wouldn't recommend for casual use rough stuff!

I have never really agreed with fat burners for me the best method would to be doing things the other way round, build muscle which then uses more energy to sustain thus reducing fat, rather than stripping down to build up again

yeh i would suggest that, bulking up, high weights and concentrate less on the number of reps per set but on the total number of reps, so for example if your program says 4 sets of 6 reps - do a higher weight and do 24 reps regardless of how many sets it takes so do it in 6 sets but a higher intensity due to the weight, cardio yes but not as often when your doing this sort of program, more interval sprints or fartlek as your cardio, more cricket specific

Cyclone is really good if you want to build muscle. You need to be hitting the gym 4 times a week though or you might get a bit porky. If you go to the gym enough though you will see the results.

Promax for definition though from my experience.

creapure is the best, creatine works so well because once saturated it allows you to really do more, and you can actually see the differance, should be taken in conjuction with protein i reckon!

Definetely Dan, wouldn't train without creatine now and most athletes in majority of sports will use it in their training as it is that good.

might go for some creatine then and give that a bash. thing is i hate the gym, would it be as effective with just average weights i have at home? how long would i need to do it for a week? Might take your email dan/greg and be in touch about a couple of things if that is at all possible as you both seem to be knowledgable...
