Mark Cosgrove, watched him bat for a while tonight- what a player!

think its 5 fifties now on the trott in the CB40 League, great signing for Glamorgan and great deal for Gazza at Redback.....

No offence to Gary and I think it is a testament to his bat making.... I think Cosgrove needs to hit the 4's because it doesn't look like he can run em'

He lost his SA contract because of it, but got snapped up by Tasmania anyway, because he is class!

Excess weight doesn't limit your natural teams. Cosgrove seems to have plenty of ability.

Jesse Ryder's a big lad, yet he's a mighty fine player.

Jesse is quite a good fielder, well catcher anyway. Also bowls very handy medium pacers. Don't think Cosgrove bowls much.....

Plenty of scope for us real sized men on the cricket pitch, didn't catch all of his knock last night but I sure enjoyed the straight 6 he scored of Trem.

Noticed he was using a different bat (not a Redback as far I know. It could be a new Redback range but I am not sure)

Check it out;

The Australian version of the english redback is called '7 sins'

You can  see he is wearing the 7 sins pads and gloves.

Not sure on the bat though

As Liam said Australian version of Redback is '7 Sins' of which he is using pads and gloves.

He uses 7 Sins's bat as well
