Bowling speed

Just a quick one with this new thing on cricket am the speed gun challenge does anyone know an easy way of measuring bowling speeds for the amateur cricketer as was thinking would be a bit of fun and a possible fundraiser for the club

The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.
