Used mine today absolutely awesome one of the best things to come out in a while will definatley be staying in the kit bag

Interesting stuff roco- tricky to use? Able to generate good pace? am thinking about investing....

I found it easy to use and can generate very good pace it's the sort of thing you just have to get used too even got some seam and swing at times

does it require a lot less effort than throw downs? the dude on the site was banging on about 4 england coaches who were injured due to them...

Alot less and can be more accurate is harder to adjust length but can keep a great line plus the batsmen gets a more realistic feel than throw downs

Sounds good, especially at the price its at, may have to try one!

would be difficult, i guess you would need some sort of mechanism to be incorporated into it?
which would probably add a lot to the research, development and production costs, spoiling one of the main attractions of this product
