Pretty strong I would say as no real small moving parts just one solid piece but you need to treat it right and not abuse it but that's the same with all things

Just throw normally but as for a tip aim for a short ball first and adjust length from there as you can bowl some quick beamers if you try a full ball straight away

Kind of but no more than I do with throw downs feels very natural can get it going away but not in yet so need a bit more practice lol

Yeah used it properly for the first time, it will take a bit of time getting used to it, but thanks roco for the tips. I found it easier when I started to look at the floor (roughly in the area I wanted it to pitch). First couple of times I threw a beamer and then a inswinging yorker which hit by brothers foot (I think this was because I was looking upwards at the batsman????)

Indeed this is the device i watched Goochy use while up at Chester Le Street although his version may have been all the same colour.
