I have absolutely no idea what this means.

If I was going to the gym - I am way to old school - so how about the A-Team theme tune with the Baywatch theme tune - perhaps with Chesney Hawks "I am the one and only"

I appreciate that this dates me somewhat, but cheesy sh!t always gets the endorphins going...
