Not really sure where this goes, i guessed here. I ordered some new pads from there on the 27th of may, still not recieved them, i have sent e-mails of which I havent had a reply to. I have phoned them several times, phone lines are always busy and im invited to leave a message to which i shall recieve a reply shortly Having done so and not recieved a reply in over a week since the last message I thought id post here to see if anyone knows how to get a responce from them or to just get a refund because this is a bit of a joke now.

Avoid Cricket Direct! I had the same issue two years ago, only when they received letters and emails suggesting that i was taking legal advice did they respond!

Its always best to speak to any company before placing an order, a lot of companies don't carry stock and drop ship direct from the manufacturer so if a product is out of stock then they wont know. They have been OK with me as I've always phoned them to check stock although I've not bought that much from them and have heard a fair few people complain.

Nope its not. Pro Direct Cricket are a sister company of Pro Direct Soccer, ive used them for football boots in the past and are very reputable. Havent used them for cricket gear though
