How do you rate Puma kit?
« on: July 09, 2010, 08:45:20 AM »

Has anyone used Puma kit, especially their bats. I like the look of the Puma Evo bat but i dont know anyone who has ever had a puma bat. I believe they got a good review in one of the magazine gear reviews this year

I'm really happy with my Willostix stick right now, and was looking at a backup so probably wouldnt go up to the 5000 range. How much did you pay for all of that if you dont mind me asking? What weight bat is it as well?

Given the way that Puma / Adidas and companies of similar stature behave, im inclined to wait until end of season sales, as alot of shops seem to mark down their stock on these brands

i believe the saying sergio ramos means it will be rubbish (or someone who is two faced!!!)

Unless we are talking about the player, then the bat looks crap but is actually quite good ;), or some may say he looks good but is sh!t which is probably accurate for the lower pumas!

I have an Iridium 6000GTR which I've used and goes beautifully!!

Also have an unused Evo 5000 from end of last season - haven't used it so can't comment on how it goes, but it feels lovely pick-up and the willow is excellent.
Also have one of the Gilchrist Puma 6000 bats which is lightly used but not by me yet!

And last but not least I have one of Fintoffs actual 2010 Kenetics, but can't bring myself to use that yet!!  :(

They do seem to do excellent gear these days!

Well - the Evo is unused and with my bats, I'm not likely to use it anytime soon!
I guess the Aussie Ballistic 6000 as well, but I guess it would depend what weight you're looking for?
