Hello,
When bowling yesterday I felt my left side just go a bit and today it has been really sore and tight. I think It a side strain.
How do I treat it?
cheers

Someone i play with had this, and was advised to rest from bowling for 3 weeks whilst having physio. I guess it depends on how serious a strain it is, even with light strains i would recommend resting it

I had this a couple of years ago, i tore an intercostal muscle as i was overstretching due to a massive foot hole! Stopped me bowling quick for about 2 years till i regained strength and trust it wouldn't happen again.

Nothing to be honest I played in pain for a week or two. The doctor gave me 'ibugel' which worked ok
