Do you think that i could still do press ups and sit ups ect while i am still at home? Just to keep me active?

Stopping doing stuff is not the answer to the problem.... u dont even know what the problem is... thats why u should see someone about it

Yeah i am going to try and get an appointment to see my doctor on tuesday or some day next week asap to find out what the prob is.

just rest, stop doing anything for just a couple of days.  give whatever the problem is a chance to sort itself out to some extent then work back up to 'normal'.  if its not serious then this should work as your body can only take so much and needs a rest every now and again.  if it is serious your doctor will tell you to stop everything anyway.

i have realy bad back ache towards the middle of the season, i got to the physio, they do stretches, and another thing you can buy is a product called ibrogel or something, thats very strong stuff
